Acknowledgement of  Country

Indidg Connect acknowledges that we live, work, and provide support on Country where sovereignty has never been ceded. This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.

Wherever we stand, we do so on land that is, was, and always should be cared for by the Traditional Custodians of that Country. We honour their enduring connection to land, waters, skies, languages, and culture—connections that continue to guide and strengthen community today. Decisions for Country, our People, and the supports we provide will always be made with the deepest respect for First Peoples and their way of life.

We pay our deepest respects to Elders past and present, and we extend that respect to all First Nations peoples. As an organisation committed to culturally connected and trauma-informed practice, we are proud to walk alongside community and uphold our responsibility to care for Country, culture, and future generations.
